Family of 7 for 3 nights. The kids bed in one of the rooms sheets had chocolate in them meaning that they had never been changed which was pretty frustrating. We had to change sheets. It also would have been nice to know that there were bowls and things to mix things in the kitchen but they were hidden on the back side behind the cabinet door and there really should be instructions for that. The carpet is run down and worn and is almost a tripping hazard due to multiple seam sags. The beds were okay but the one bedroom upstairs has a single bed inside a closet that would only fit a small kid with a sloped ceiling. Also the queen bed in that room is pretty crappy and has lots of foam mattresses layered at top of each other and the bed slopes inwards... Carpet, the queen bed upstairs, should really be replaced with all the money that is being made on this rental. Other than that, the toilet paper and towels and other things were nice. Also some of the games were missing lots of pieces. Other than that, the place was clean and was an okay rental, but needs some TLC

Clean/nicely decorated. Description indicated a coffee maker! Keurig&Nespresso machines available w/starter kit: DECAF & Cookie/Cream pods! As most people, I brought filters/coffee. Purchased expensive K-Cups at local store in this remote town. I texted VRBO#’s w/minimal assistance. The specific coffee maker type s/b identified so renters are prepared. With 6 adults over 3 nights, purchasing K-cups was expensive/not environmentally friendly! Roku was dead-no battery replacements. After texting w/VRBO #’s again, they said delivery could occur in am or buy & get reimbursed. AAAs purchased & our son reprogrammed remote, which appeared to have not been used/updated in awhile. This was March Madness weekend-our family was about watching games. A remote in non-working order was not acceptable. Working with VRBO for reimbursement! I called & left a message w/ property manager: never a response-very disappointing!Window blind wand closest to king bed not working: would not change slats orientation. Slept w/blinds open all weekend & not dress/undress in front of window! The living room furniture is low-riding-had to use thigh/buttock muscles to get off the couch (cushions were 1’ off the floor/sagged in the middle). Our son slipped down the wet front steps to the driveway due to no skid strips-fortunately just got bruised!Our getaway was to celebrate a 65th bday with sons/grandson (does not happen often). Would recommend if above items resolved.

Perfect Clam Digging Stay

Clean, well stocked, great beds, well priced, & good location - we really enjoyed this property for a couple late December clam digging nights. TV usage & loads of board games were a nice bonus. Easy to get to, very near beach access, and a quick drive into Seabrook, if interested. Would highly recommend & would stay again.

Nice house

Great place near the beach and Olympic National Park. The house had everything I needed for a short stay. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

The twin beds were terrible, the couch matching chair sloped down, microwave handle compleatly gone, the only turner for cooking was melted about a 1/3 down,one chair on upper deck compleatly broken all in all uncomfortable

A very comfy stay!

I do business from time to time on the Washington Coast and this is now my second time back at this VRBO. That should say enough - I came back!. Very comfortable beds, nice layout, friendly neighbors, and pretty much all you need.

Overall Ok

Overall our stay was fine and the house was clean. As others have shared, the stairs are steep and narrow so be aware when planning who will be in both upstairs bedrooms. Biggest complaint is that the coffee maker is not a drip machine as the pictures show and is now a Keurig only machine, which we didn’t know to plan for. Lots of filters and beans in the kitchen cabinet though…

Pacific Beach/August 2022

Cozy beach house. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of games and amenities. Nice fenced backyard with firepit and grill. Close driving proximity to public beach access, the small towns of Pacific Beach and Seabrook; about 40 minutes to Lake Quinault and Oldest Spruce Tree. A little small for our group of 8 but it would be perfect for groups of 4-5 people. Great location for exploring this section of the Washington State coastline.

Great place but poor service

It was a great place and location to stay. We got there at check in time about 4:15 and they weren’t through cleaning so we had to wait an hour to get in. But it was clean! The beds were very comfortable! It was close to the beach where we found sand dollars! It was close to beautiful drives and hikes. The only problems were that the coffee pot did not work and they didn’t have toilet paper and paper towels. We called or texted three times and got a response that they would be there the next day, but they never showed up before we left and we stayed for three days.

We were very happy with our three days here. Nice space, very clean. Close to state park as well as another beach access just north of the house. Quiet neighborhood.
