everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.

The furnishings look dated. No hooks in toilet for clothes; just one railing for towels. Car parks limited when more customers are around.
