"The room and property were very clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, cereal etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. This didn’t bother me but could be a concern for others… I could hear the lady next door very clearly. My room faced the highway and parking lot. I could hear the traffic and people outside. Probably better on the backside of the hotel. We had 2 rooms, both had a few gnats but luckily nothing too crazy. Shower was nice. No lotion provided though. Overall it was nice!"

"I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet.
Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush..."

"This was a last minute booking for us. We were so glad we chose Trailhead Lodge. Booking was easy, check in was completely digital and door locks are coded so no keys to keep up with. The location was convenient and scenic. The room was clean, amenities were on point, and the Keurig was a great addition. Highly recommend you book your stay with Trailhead Lodge!"

"After tent camping in Heber Springs since 1988, we came upon this lodge due to thunderstorms predicted. This was my best and favorite experience there. The cabin was spacious for everyone and the view of The Little River is breathtaking. My family enjoyed the guided fishing tours all inclusive. It stormed hard all night long and we enjoyed the rain on the tin roof instead of floating in our tents. The Lucky Trout Lodge is our new favorite family tradition.
