Just what we needed

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We went for the Soulbeach event but found ourselves enjoying the house and the many different activities St Maarten has to offer. The house was stocked with every household item and gear for outside activities. The property exceeded our expectations!

Friends Vacation

We stayed as a group of 8 adults and had an awesome time. The communication from the host was great. We felt very taken care of. The house was spacious and in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with fabulous views of ocean. The villa was very clean and bright. Maid service was excellent. Close to wonderful restaurants. Communication with manager was very good. Pool was too cold for most to use.

Unmatched stunning ocean views offering cool breezes and beautiful sunrises to start your day. Each ocean facing suite is well appointed with its own bath. Shared common spaces for kitchen, dining & living room make for easy meal prep and alfresco dining. Gym, infinity pool, BBQ, beach chairs, cooler, w/d facilities, etc add to the many amenities. Excellent communication from the host, property manager, cleaning staff, and airport greeter made it an easy and pampered vacation for all

Incredible Views, Incredible House!

I don't typically write reviews but this house, the furnishings, accommodations and our stay was exceptional. We were there for 8 days in January and did not want to leave. If we were to come back to St Maarten, I would not hesitate to rebook Amor de Mer!

Beautiful home, everything you need!

Our stay at Amor De Mare was perfect. The Villa had everything we needed for our family which included a 7 month old, 2.5 & 5 year old. The location was perfect, the Villa was extremely clean and everyone we dealt with was very responsive and friendly. The Villa had spectacular views and the pool was the perfect temperature. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Sint Maarten. It was so nice for our group to have their own private areas (each room had a full master ensuite). We shared our room with our daughter who was in a crib, and there was still a ton of room! Thank you Lisa & team for the amazing stay!!

Beautiful Villa with amazing location

This villa is perched atop a hill with amazing views. There is a beach bar within walking distance at the brand new JW Marriott and excellent restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive. (We highly recommend Big Fish). Both the owner and property manager contacted us with information before arrival and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect which it was. The owner provides a very helpful booklet before arrival and in person at the villa with activities, food, and all of the island recommendations. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here next time we go back.

Incredible vacation

Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. Very easy and nice perk on day 1. We rented jeep wranglers from Sixt. Highly recommend - some of the roads are a bit bumpy and we were happy to have the Jeep. The house is just like the pictures. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was perfect. Tons of space to get away but plenty of space when we all wanted to hang out. Great combination of indoor/outdoor living. Super clean. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing property - definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this property - everything about it was top notch. The house layout is great as every room has an awesome ocean view overlooking St Barths, and the layout is conducive to many different groups as there are 4 large king rooms each with en suite bath. The management team is also excellent - they reached out multiple times with information prior to our stay to give advice on activities, restaurants, etc. They also checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. It's an easy walk down to the new JW Marriott where you can use the beach and get drinks/food service. But you're also in easy driving distance to other beaches on both sides of the island, as well as naerby restaurants.

Spectacular house with a great management team

The house is in a stunning, very private, and quiet location, overlooking the sea. It has a huge deck, a lovely pool, and is well-equipped and maintained. The owner and her management team are super-responsive to all questions and requests. Though the beach at the house is not safe for swimming, there is a sandy beach a short walk away, with a bar and restaurant, and beach chairs and umbrellas available for the asking. We loved our stay!

Beautiful House with Spectacular View

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The view from the living room and pool deck is stunning -- endless sea and sky. Our kids enjoyed the infinity pool. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space for our extended family. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the house and a fully equipped kitchen. The roads in the area are a little steep and some are not well maintained, but this was not a big deal. The house is a very short drive to a beach club and several restaurants, and other beaches and great restaurants are between 20-30 minutes' drive, depending on island traffic. Donnamarie was an excellent and accessible host, and helped us with spot-on restaurant and beach recommendations and other details of planning our trip. Her local property managers were also great and very accessible. We would definitely return.

Views Waves Sunrise Privacy!!!

This trip with 3 couples was simply amazing! House is as good if not better than advertised. DonnaMarie's communication and sage advice was spot on - trust me, she knows the island! Hidden gem for this villa is the rights to go to the Dawn Beach Club within walking distance for use of pool (extremely nice), beach, and outdoor tiki bar / food etc. Villa is very private and secluded with jaw dropping views of the ocean / sunrise / hilltops/ greenery etc. 10 star experience with a 10 star host!

Second visit as good as the first

We loved the property so much last year, we came back. The house is well stocked and well laid out. There is plenty of room for everyone. Management is great to deal with and Donna Marie in particular was super helpful. This is an amazing corner of the world!

Fantastic stay!

The property is beautiful and very well laid out. The kitchen is my favorite since I could prepare meals as I had the most amazing views. Also well stocked and nice pantry to store foods. Pool is so refreshing! Lot’s of room for our family to spread out. The constant crashing of the waves was so wonderful. We would definitely recommend staying at this property and can’t wait to go back. Property owner was so great to work with. A quick message from the owner to make sure we had all we needed was a nice touch. Enjoy & don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful location!

Love of the Sea

This is an absolutely amazing property. The view and the layout of the house is perfect for up to 4 couples (8 people). It is equipped with all up to date (and operable) appliances and fixtures. The owner and the manager are very attentive and responsive to all needs. I would come back in a minute due to all these factors and the fact that it is reasonably priced.

Magnificent Villa

Breathtaking villa where the sea meets the sky. Absolutely stunning…The villa was safe, private, immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The gym was fantastic and morning walks were a nice challenge given the hilly terrain and spectacular landscape. Beach access, bar and restaurant just a short walk. Lovely housekeeper and caretaker. Highly recommend this villa for couples and families.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay, house is in a very secure and private area and you really feel connected to the ocean. The villa was incredibly comfortable because everything you could ask for is available for use (for example many, many beach towels, and all the kitchen items you could think of). The communication and care from the managers was also very good and efficient.
