The house is beautiful and has everything you need for cooking. Location is directly on the beach, and a colony of seals came every day to the beach right in front of the house!

This property was pristine and well-stocked for people like us that like to cook and bake. I was recovering from surgery so it was really useful to have the elevator for luggage and groceries. We loved the living room off the kitchen area to hang out and enjoyed our morning coffee from the balcony. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful This place is amazing beachfront vacation for those who want to be spending the most time on the beach. Clear specific instructions are giving to you for all the ins and outs of the house. Host communication was prompt and quick with responses for any questions or concerns. Everything in the house was labeled for easy finds and needs. Having beach essentials already provided at the house like beach towels, blankets, umbrellas and beach chairs to use was a blessing. Made it easy not to pack ours. Thank you for letting us use the boogie boards. Made our day extra fun. Noise was never an issue if people have any concerns with how close to the public parking and the canal where all the boats coming in and out are. Made it fun for all the kids to watch. A great stay for the whole family. The kids waste no time to set foot on the warm sand down to the cool ocean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves the ocean. Thank you for the memories!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with the perfect location! From the fully stocked kitchen to the awesome amount of supplies in the garage, not a detail was missed. We really appreciated the efforts the hosts put into this home. We will be back for sure!

We took our older teens and elderly mom to Silver Strand for a much needed getaway. The Dolphin was a wonderful choice - the family has gone to great lengths to make sure your stay is enjoyable and stress free. Lars communicated with us throughout to make sure all was going smoothly. We appreciated his kind care and thoughtfulness in making sure the house was comfortable. Everything in the house is labeled and instructions are easily accessible. The elevator was perfect for our mom and worked great! The beach was heaven - great weather, dolphins and sea lions crossing everyday and visible from the house. We would absolutely come back anytime to stay in this house again. Thank you Lars!

We stayed with family and the property had everything we could ask for. It was well equipped, and the elevator was very helpful for young and old. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the everything was very clean. The home the better part of the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Best VRBO rental ever. This has been by far our best rental stay we’ve ever done. We had so much fun. The owners were amazing and responded quickly whenever we needed them. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing. It was perfect.

This property doesn’t disappoint. It is a lovely home with plenty of room for our group. My mom could not do the stairs more than once so she stayed in and she enjoyed the beautiful views from the living area and kitchen! And they had an elevator to take her up and down, which was a lifesaver, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to do this family vacation. Having all we needed available to us to enjoy the beach like sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a fire pit, boogie boards, wetsuits and everything we could think of that we needed in the home . We knew our Pop was there with us as we celebrated Father’s Day with our husbands. It was a hard day but very healing being together at this wonderful place. Hands down the best house on the beach! Thank you! We hope to be back!

This property is seriously the whole package. We so enjoyed our time here as a family. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked - you will want for nothing in this kitchen - really in this house. Literally bring your clothes and you are set! You will not be disappointed!!

Absolutely the best experience at the best property. The location was perfectly located...on the beach and a short walk to the harbor and restaurants. The house had everything you could ever imagine, want or need! Our family loved our stay and would love to come back again! The owners were so hospitable, even having a welcome bag for our arrival. We stayed with our adult sons and their girlfriends. Even though we live only an hour away, the 8-day experience was actually life changing after being cooped up for 6 months. Everything about the house was perfect - location right on the sand, views from the house, incredibly equipped kitchen and garage full of surfboards, boogie boards, kayaks, bikes, firepit etc....plus lots to do inside - guitar, puzzles, games, etc. House was spotless and communication with the owner was flawless. Fantastic Mexican and Japanese groceries nearby - we made our own sushi one night. We have rented villas, houses and apts all over the world and this was a standout.

We spent the week at Lars and Breet's gorgeous beach front home and it couldn't have been a better stay. First, the owners were very communicative and had informative attachments to help us prepare for our stay. I appreciated the keyless entry as it made getting into the home so easy. Breet even let us know when the cleaning crew was done an hour early and let us check in a little early which was very nice. When we walked into the home we were all floored by how gorgeous and spacious it was and the views out of the huge living room and master bedroom are fantastic. The house is very well stocked, with everything you could need in the kitchen and I love how organized things were and how drawers were labelled so that things stayed organized. As far as beach toys there was everything you could want for a fun filled week at the beach from chairs, to a couple of nice bikes, to boogie boards and sand toys. The location truly can't be beat. Silver Strand is a little slice of heaven. A couple of times we even kayaked over to the little beach area on the other side of the inlet and got acai bowls. Thank you for all of the attention to details and for sharing your amazing home with us. It was a wonderful week, relaxing with family.

This home was perfect for our family is six. You can’t beat the location and views. We appreciated all the attention to detail and extra amenities the owner provides- nice linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, outside water and beach equipment including kayaks, surf boards, wetsuits etc... the kitchen was stocked with nice cookware making cooking easy. Kitchen appliances very nice. Don’t want to go home...hope to return someday!

We felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. The place was so clean and stocked with any and all necessary items for a family to vacation comfortably. We made use of all the fantastic sports equipment they graciously lend to guests. We had a little issue with the fridge when we first arrived, and Lars immediately responded to my text to problem solve. Look no further when booking a beachfront property in Oxnard.

This house far exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing two weeks here. The house is spacious, well laid out, perfectly appointed, and very well organized. Lots of beach equipment available for our enjoyment. And the location is just phenomenal. Lars was responsive and very helpful. My only issue was with the WiFi - it was intermittent and very difficult to do work with (I had to work while we were staying there, so needed to have reliable connection). I ended up having my office ship me a mifi router to use, which helped immensely. A minor complaint - but good to know if you require good wifi. Otherwise was an awesome stay! I definitely will go back! Thank you Lars and Breet!

This property is even more gorgeous than the pics in VRBO. There wasn’t anything we needed for our stay that wasn’t included except food!! We wanted to celebrate Christmas and my husband 71st birthday - we had family & friends visiting and everyone loved the views and location, right on the beach. We watched people surfing & paddle boarding (it was a bit too chilly for us) but this home included all the beach fun toys. We really need to rent this home in the spring or summer. This home is so relaxing ... my husband & I had it all to ourselves the last day - just sitting and watching the ocean waves and people watching was so magical!! Thank you for sharing this home w/ us!!

We rented the Dolphin house for a long weekend for our Mother’s 74th birthday. The house is amazing! The hosts were great! The house had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. And the location was stunning. We also operate a Vrbo, and have a special appreciation for the attention to detail by the owners. I highly recommend this stunning property. It has a fantastic layout for a family vacation. Very comfortable and fully equipped. I would stay here again any time. Perfect for kids! Thanks Breet and Lars!

The location is great. Very quiet beach. This is a very well stocked home. The beds are comfortable. This home is extremely organized with every attention to detail. We had a group that ranged in age from 7 weeks old to 65 years old. We were all cozy. This home is a home run rental property.

Everything was great! Home is beautiful, very comfortable and location was perfect..... Only thing was little stressed with all the rules and a bit too many ants in kitchen and 3rd fl bedroom. But it would not prevent me from going back again, everything was great. Thank you Breet and Lars for being wonderful hosts 💖
