"It was a very interesting house and a lot of fun. Also it huge so great for large families. We were there for a wedding and needed the space."

"The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! "Was the worst place I have ever rented walked in looked around, things were broken like doors and not that clean, just not nice at all. Left and went to another hotel and stayed there. Had to give one star to be able to put up this review."

"The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. The kitchen functioned well for a large group. It was all good and we plan to come back again."

"My youngest was 2 when we were last there, My other kids(14 and 18) would tell him how much fun they had. We went to the Dells to give him his own memories. Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!"

"Family of four with two kids ages 6 & 8 and it was a great amount of space for us! Property was very clean and it was easy to feel at home there. We were thrilled with all the pools and family activities offered at the grounds when we needed some downtime from the bustle of the amusement parks."

"We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

"Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip."

"My family enjoyed the condo, kitchen to prepare food, pool, tennis courts. The beds were comfortable. The common area was nice to hang out as a family. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint, there was broken glass all over the first floor when we arrived. I am thankful no one got hurt by stepping on - but the cleaning crew did not do a good job."

"Our stay was for 7 days, there was A/C, laundry, firewood, lots of chairs, dishes and pots, even some spices were provided in the home. There is a dollar general within walking distance as well as a small cafe that serves great food for good prices. We had a large group of 8 with a small dog and it was a great place to use as a base for our trip to the dells as it’s only about 15 mins away. "Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. "Wanted somewhere not too far away but far enough to have some piece and quite. This was the right place. We had a cookout and visited the Dells (20) minutes away. This spot is IDEAL for a family that wants to spend a couple days in the Dells without having to eat out and stay in a hotel. Great spot and affordable . We enjoyed our time there. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it’s not big but it’s nice and can sleep 6 with no problems"
