"I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer available . Otherwise truly appreciated everything about this...

"This property was very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and great location. I would definitely stay here again. For future occupancies there is only one TV located in the living room. There is no washer and dryer. The stove has a malfunction where the knob’s were working for the opposite eye, still very much usable (so if you use the right eyes use left eye knob’s)."

"The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again."

I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. Traveled in winter and when we arrived the driveway and walk up path were icy and snow covered. It would have been nice to have that shoveled and taken care of before our stay.
