"This quaint and very comfortable Lakeside House is a fabulous retreat! The house is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with the essentials. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. "Sweet cabin on a nice lake. We would highly recommend for a quiet getaway. "

"Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again."

"A really cool experience to stay in a renovated barn so close to Colgate’s campus. It was a 4 minute drive but felt like a world away. Very quiet location with an impressive stream to walk to on the property. We loved our stay!"

Three generations of us enjoyed the property, house and that fantastic view. What was our family farm (1940’s) could be seen across the valley making it extra special. Thank you to our awesome hosts. Your place allowed us to gather together for a tough weekend."

"attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal"

"The cabin looked as if it has had some nice updates inside with laminate flooring, carpeting and paint as well as newer kitchen area. It was decorated very nicely and was clean and comfortable. However, it is still a cabin in the country and retains its rustic feel. We spent most of the time at All Star Village which was about a 30 minute drive through beautiful rolling countryside and charming villages. "The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."
