"the property was incredible and our VRBO contact was helpful. We were, sadly, staying after a party before us who left the property in poor shape requiring a later check in that we hoped. In addition the previous guest had smoked indoors leaving a lingering odor and neglected to turn off the gas ..."

"Some cleaning issues and no dock. Listing did not make it clear the dock may be removed during stay. Was informed at check in that it might be removed. Would have been good to know at booking. Otherwise mostly comfortable and well equipped."
