It was a great place to stay while taking a weekend trip to Bay City! Very close to downtown, lots of space for a big group, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! The host was very attentive and I felt like we could have reached out if we needed anything.

This is a very well maintained, very well thought out, and nicely decorated place. You can tell the owners put time, money, and energy into it, unlike some rentals we’ve been in. The owner was very responsive and helpful. My husband and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

It was very roomy and comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a relaxing area in the back yard to enjoy. The host was amazing! Making sure you had any supplies you may need was especially thoughtful. Thank you for everything!

A co worker and I stayed here for the week while out of town working and it was great. Clean, room to ourselves and easy contact with property owner. 5 stars and would rent again.

Great Stay close to Attractions

This host has thought of everything! Extra towels, comfy beds, labels for all the important things. The property is clean, in a nice subdivision. Marla wasoutstanding with communication and we loved all the little details. We will definitely stay again!!

So many details

I continue to rent on VRBO instead of hotels because I just love how you feel like your staying at someone’s cozy home. This place had all of the details and more than I would have even thought of! This place is perfect after spending all day with teenagers at Holiday World! Beds were super comfy! The owner went above and beyond for us!

We hit the jackpot with this one!!!

Marla’s place was a super place to stay! It was as well appointed of a place that we’ve stayed at with all of our VRBO trips. It was super clean, easy to get too and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful house to stay

Everything about this house was perfect. Location is great. Close to everything. House was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Shower was amazing! Floors do not squeak when walking. Beautiful back yard. Beds were very comfortable. I have nothing bad to say. Host was great to work with. No issues checking in.

Owensboro Symphony Weekend

This lovely cottage is perfect for a short stay, even with four of us taking up every possible sleeping surface. It lovingly and thoughtfully furnished, and every detail accounted for. Fabulous for coffee on the back porch in the morning to cheese, crackers and cards in the evening. Easy to check-in, stay, return and love every day we spent there. I'd do it again in a heartbeat -- but next time one of my brothers gets the sofa bed as I want to try the lovely queen room!

Wonderful House; Wonderful Neighborhood

This is a wonderful house. Immaculately clean. Relatively new/refurbished. I was particularly grateful that the WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood was quiet. Marla was very communicative and most solicitous. When I return to Owensboro, I would definitely seek to stay here again.
