The location was perfect for a long weekend ski trip and the mud room entryway for winter gear storage was amazing. Only negative was that a lot of the pots, pans, dishes and silverware were put away with dried on food. We didn't find any dishwasher detergent so we did dishes by hand to not leave the next gust with dirty dishes. Overall the stay was great and the views and location couldn't be better.

Great access to ski trails

The location was fantastic. Very convenient

There were a couple issues with the fireplace and we needed pods for the dishwasher. I called the host and they were right on it. Very impressed with how accessible they were. We would go back again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Only bad thing is there are lots of stairs - both getting to the condo and within the condo! The listing did not show anything about stairs plus there are no handrails on the stairs which made is difficult for seniors.

Nice home

The home was nice and conveniently located for our needs. The second parking pass was much appreciated. Lots of dishes and cutlery which was great, a well stocked kitchen is nice. Only real down side, the air conditioner was rather loud, sounded like a plane revving up for take off. But we weren't in the home much during the day so it wasn't a huge bother.

Details need to be addressed

The space itself for our family was good, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bath areas were clean. The fireplace never worked ( for a ski chalet in Feb. a bit disappointing), fridge was not working properly, dust and cobwebs everywhere, no hair dryer or detergent for washing. Some of the furniture was really tired such as the pillows and couch. A bit more attention to detail and this place could be great! This is a vacation rental by property management who has customer service in the US. I reached out for help but no one showed up to fix anything.

Location Bliss

The property was perfect in every way except for the shortcoming of not advising that the wash machine was out of order prior to our stay. We came with minimal clothing luggage and it was an issue. Also, there should have been some dishwaher pucks available and save us the hassel of going into town to get some. There should also be a binder of some sort to explain the use of the TV system and fireplace. There was no info of any sort to reference shy of a few sticky notes on a board. We will rent this unit again and be prepared the next time to ask those questions prior to check-in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! Ed and Greta

Our stay was wonderful

The property was exactly as it appears on the photos.Only this is that the single beds and bunk bed are in one room which is not obvious from the photos.The property is quite spacious and we had a small lawn where kids were able to play.There is a trail from the property to The Blue Mountain Village and the walk is quite short.Overall experience was excellent, only thing was body wash was not provided so we had to find a store to buy one and also check out time is too.l would highly recommend this property.

Messy at first, end of trip great.

This is a very honest review. I travel a lot and never complain about any trip with vrbo, but this trip did have some bumps. When we arrived at 4pm check in, the condo was a mess. We called vacasa to ask why are place was not ready for us and they replied that the cleaners were a bit late. We had to wait outside until 7pm before we could come into the condo which was a disappointment for my husband who is on dialysis and needed to prep his machine and for my daughter who was celebrating her 19th birthday and had to pospone her party. The condo is beautiful, beds were very comfortable and pillows were my favorite, a big kitchen with everything we needed and big space for the 8 of us. We had a relaxing 10 min walk to the village and the scenery is gorgeous. Bathrooms are nice but issues with adjusting the hot water ( scorching hot) in the shower. It is a Great location. I also called vacasa to allow us to check out at a later time since we had lost 3 hours of our check in day. Fortunately they let us check out at 12pm instead of 10am and said they would return us the 80 dollar cleaning fee. It has been 10 days and still waiting for the fee to be transferred.

Bright, well furnished

End unit backing onto Happy Valley, easy walk to the village. Bright unit, nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything for making dinners or margaritas. Just prepare for lots of stairs from entry to main floor.

Nice summer getaway

Arrived to find the property ready and clean despite some pet hair in the lounge area. The quality of appliances and rooms was excellent, provision of bed linen and towels was ample, and the location was perfect. Really recommend this property. Will visit again.

Great location

The condo was well equipped and a great location right by the hills. We would definitely consider coming back again. For future guests, it would most helpful to have some basis instructions provided regarding operating the TV (we could not get cable to work and there was no local owner to contact), the fireplace (we ended up going on YouTube to get instructions) and the heating (we could not turn the fan off and this noise was bothersome at night time).
