"I mentioned we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary when checking in (we got to chatting). We went up to our room, got ourselves settled, then went out for dinner and a drive around town to explore a bit. When we got back there was a cute little bag with a card in it congratulating us on 21 years of marriage and a bunch of snacks and a couple cans of pop. Super sweet. We loved it! :)"

"Good service, friendly staff, clean room"

"The room was disgusting. The floors weren't vacuum, or mopped. There were dirty shoe prints everywhere. The wood hadn't been dusted in a long time. The TV was wiped with a wet cloth so it was streaky. There were hardly any dishes in the kitchenette, one coffee mug, no plates. No dish soap, no coffee maker, as advertised. There was one towel for two people in a king bed room. We weren't even sure the sheets were clean. The security door at the back was broken and didn't lock. Hallways were...

"Fantastic experience!"

"The manager & his team work are excellent in service to hotel Guets,"

"never book this hotel"

"Very nice, family run hotel. It is clean and close to some of the town’s highlights. It was a nice stay."

"A friendly, family-run hotel that is clean and comfortable."

"Excellent choice."

"Varias habitaciones hicieron fiesta en el estacionamiento afuera de los cuartos hasta altas horas de la noche incluso se pusieron a tocar la guitarra eléctrica y la administración no hizo anda al respecto. Incluso cuando se pidió que nos ayudaran a solucionar la situación "

"There are no front desk, The room have an electronic lock that you will receive by email upon confirmation. But in my case I booked and paid trough Expedia ( 3 party) therefor no email for me, no codes, no room. I need to knock a front door at the entrance of the building to get someone to help me with the room number and the code. Issues at the room only email to the front desk email address not to handy. I will thinks twice to book this hotel again."

"Very old building. Squeaks and noises easily traveled from other rooms. In the room we had the window was not openable for fresh air. Beds, sheets and pillows clean and comfy. Not much of amenities."

"Fantastic Hotel! I really enjoyed my time there. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Clean and comfortable. Good location close to everything. Was a good stay other than I ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, went to the front desk to ask for more and the guy working there couldn’t find any?!?! Ridiculous I had to go to a local grocery store to buy my own!"

"The atmosphere, gourmet breakfast and character of the inn"

"The location was downtown, a short walk from the very centre of town as well as the museum and the beach. The host was friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map and advice. The bed was comfy and spotless. There was a coffee maker with everything necessary and although there was also a kettle, they forgot the teabags. And while there was plenty of soap, they forgot the shampoo. But altogether, the experience was excellent."

"Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast"

"Beautiful scenery, clean room, cordial staff, dinner was great, parking sufficient. However, for the all the past hype we had heard the place needs a modernizing face lift to make it a 5 star."
