"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

"Max warmly welcomed and gave us nice information about the farm, the 'barn' and the surrounding. We love the quiet and restful setting of the place. The lodging barn is almost fully self contained, clean and comfortable. Copland farm is centrally situated that makes the travels around Norfolk very convenient. Next time we visit Norfolk, we will definitely consider going back to Snow Owl Barn for the stay."

Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. "We had a great stay and enjoyed both the quality of the cottage and the excellent amenities. The host was attentive but not obtrusive and keen to make sure we had a nice time.
