Welcome to the beautiful city of Oviedo! Located in Central Florida and with easy access to all your vacation needs - beaches, Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and so much more!
Our home is equipped for large family gatherings and has everything you'll need for the most relaxing vacation. For your convenience, this home includes washer, dryer and free wifi.

The Living Room - Big flat screen TV and DVD player, access to Netflix and Hulu. Board games available to entertain the family.

The Kitchen - Equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, blender along with other kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc.)

Dining Room - Big flat screen TV, and dining table accommodates 8 people and 4 people at the breakfast bar.

The Bedrooms -

Master bedroom: King size bed with en suite bathroom, TV with Roku, personal safe. Air mattress available for use.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with TV, twin rollaway bed available for use.

Family Suite - interconnecting bedrooms 3 & 4
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with twin and full size, as well as a twin size trundle under bunkbed, with TV.
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed with TV

Bathrooms equipped with towels and hair dryers.

Pool area - Take a break and cool off in your very own pool and dine poolside with the use of the BBQ grill at your leisure.

***NOTE: POOL HEATING (up to 80 degrees) AVAILABLE UPON ADVANCE REQUEST for a $49 additional fee per day (2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS MINIMUM FOR HEATING).

Baby amenities (High chair and Pack 'n Play) - available upon request.

**Like all vacation homes, our home is classed as self catering accommodation. We provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel and dish washing liquid.**

Electric vehicles (EV) - a daily charge of $10 day/per vehicle will apply if guests charge their car from our power supply. Guests should request permission prior to charging.

Guests will have access to use of entire home and pool. Park in the double driveway (Garage is locked and inaccessible). Washer and dryer are for your use, as well as iron and ironing board in laundry room.

Guest access- electronic key access - code given 24 hours prior to arrival

We respect our guest's privacy, but we can be available if needed. We are a phone call or text away and often no more than 10 minutes from the home.

First and foremost, please treat the home and property with respect and consideration. The pool is for your enjoyment; we are not responsible for any accident or injury to you or your party.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
No more than 12 guests please, unless previously approved by owner.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME!!! If rule is violated, a $150 up-charge will apply.
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GATHERINGS/EVENTS.

A cleaning fee is in place to cover basic housekeeping. However, if excessive cleaning is necessary, such as excessive trash left behind, dirty dishes, etc., upon checkout, a $100 up-charge will apply.

Early check in or late checkout may be available for reservations of 4 nights or more if bookings permit.
