"Excelente descanso "

"Staff was great. The "room" was the size of an apartment which was great for the 6 of us. We had so much space. Easy Check in. We didn't know how to check out as the office was closed. Other than that, it was great and we will be back!"

"La estadía estuvo muy bien "

"Clean and updated rooms. Staff was friendly and approachable. Next to restaurants and movie theatre."

"Room appeared clean until we moved the chair and found a pair of dirty socks laying on the floor. Found another pair on the bathroom floor which tells me the room wasnt cleaned well."

"excellent "

"It was a no smoking room and it stank like someone was smoking inside, there was a frog alive on the sink, the pillows smelled like sweat from the previous guests the bathroom was dirty"

"muy bueno"

"The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained overall. Our only complaint was the housekeeping service. On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. Since our room didn’t have a phone, I had to go down to the front desk to ask about it. They explained that guests need to request housekeeping in advance because not everyone wants their room serviced. While I understand that...

"El servicio, la atención y la limpieza muy buena."
