"The balcony room overlooking the lake was lovely. Service was good and all staff were friendly. Food- breakfast and dinner were very good, lunch wasnt that great and overpriced. £21 for a sandwich. We had a couples massage and that was really relaxing."

"The experience was spoilt by an inpatient waitress in the restaurant, who was drumming her fingers whilst I was choosing the 3 starter dishes. Also wanting to take away a serving plate, that we were still using. The In-house restaurant is Asian themed, but it insisted in playing Pop/Rock background ..."

Like an Ibis but expensive

"Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake ..."
