Plenty of walks, plenty of shops in Penrith for buying supplies. Very clean and well equipped cottage. Thoughtfully decorated. Very quiet area. We will be back I am sure."

The outside space was good and lovely to have the hills around, We did have problems using the very modern microwave/grill and cooker - It needed DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS! and we would have preferred an ordinary electric kettle. "The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely.The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation."
