Love Ouray and the stay was perfect!

Long Weekend
The place was in walking distance anyplace you wanted to go. I did not have to get in my car rhe whole stay.

Ouray Cottage
We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very nice and had everything we needed. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the grocery store.

Great little place
Place was clean, and had a washer and dryer. Bathroom was updated and worked well. It is a older home so has some weird little quirks but worked well for us.

Great time, probably the best communication of any short term rental ever.
Only issue was finding the actual front door as it was inside the enclosed porch. After a quick phone call that was solved in seconds everything was good-to-go for the week.Other than the bear tipping the dumpster on the last day, no complaints!

Very nice Ouray home
The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and right in town. One small issue was that there was not enough bathroom supplies for our almost week long stay and we had to buy more. Also there is no dishwasher so hand washing dishes is required.

Great property but poor management.
Wonderful unit but only half 1/2 roll of TP. Called the first morning and manager rattled on for a minute before saying she would send someone over. Know one showed up in the hour we were there. Also, the trash dumpster was full to the rim. Also, never been asked to run the first load of laundry before we leave.

Thank you for the helpful feedback on your recent visit. I'm sorry f you didn't find the two rolls that were left for you in the bathroom, we checked the property before your arrival and housekeeping had stocked the cabin accordingly. I'm sorry it took an hour for the housekeeper to bring you more, unlike a hotel they are not present on the grounds to be there in minutes. The trash collection is every other Friday just so you know, and we only ask guests to start laundry if there is time; you don't have to start the laundry. I do hope you had an enjoyable time while visiting Ouray.

We had a great time at Mission Rock. The space was just right for the three of us. We had coffee on the patio each morning. The chalet was 5 minutes walk from Main Street or the Hotsprings. We would love to come back. Despite the fact that we shared the yard with the other two properties it was very nice and quiet and intimate.

Love Ouray!!
We really enjoyed our stay. Cute little place had everything we needed. Short walk to everything We come to Ouray for a week every year to Jeep with friends and enjoy a break from the desert as we are from Phoenix. The general store a short walk away has everything you need did you not want to go out to eat but there are plenty of great restaurants very close as well. The house is perfect for two but you could have a couple kids as well but keep in mind one bathroom and a small kitchen. It worked out perfect for the two of us!

It was a perfect setup and location for our group. We met friends in Durango and got a chance to enjoy riding around is riding Silverton, Silverton, Telluride and Pagosa Springs.

Perfect location!
The cottage was just like in looks in the pictures and was everything we needed for our three day stay. Has a gas fireplace keeping everyone warm and cozy. We could walk everywhere we needed to go in town, including doing the loop around the city. Grocery and very good restaurants a block away on main street.

Wonderful property. Love Ouray and the San Juan mountains
A little noisy being just a block from town. Also, didn’t feel safe leaving the windows open at night so it was stuffy and hard to sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your recent stay with Ouray Premier Vacation Rentals. We are so glad to hear you share, you thought the property was wonderful! This property's location and a few blocks from downtown is one of the aspects guests enjoy the most. Opening the windows at night is the primary method of climate control in Ouray since the average evening temperatures are in the high 40s. Ouray is incredibly safe. Leaving the windows open at night is very safe.

Weekend Retreat
Great location. Quiet this time of year. Priced right for the amenities, which are dated but the cottage was clean. Enjoyed the fern garden while seating in Adirondack chairs. Over all a hit.
