Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this location. It was three couples. The location is super and handy to everything Ouray. The beds and furniture were nice. Bathrooms were great and the property was clean. Based on another review fortunately we learned that the basement suite was separate, but that didn’t cause a problem. One thing I hope is helpful for other people who read reviews is to let them know there is no separate dining area or large table to sit around. For six of us it didn’t really cause a problem, but if we had 8 adults it would have been crowded I think. There are TV trays which we utilized as we had a puzzle going on the only available fold out table. There is also seating at the island in kitchen. We did not use the movie room but it looked nice. The kitchen area was well supplied with necessities like soap, paper towels and trash bags which we greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything!

Don’t miss this home in Ouray

Beautifully appointed home. Our family of 6 and 2 corgi pups thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. The home is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, shops, hot springs and hiking trails. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect Location with lots of room

This house is perfect for a stay in Ouray. Just half block off downtown and two blocks from the HotSprings. Newer house. Beds were great and we slept great. There are a lot of stairs but the master bedroom is on the ground floor if you have someone with mobility issues it would be best for them. Upstairs has two bedrooms with its own living room space. The bedroom in the basement is sort of separate from the rest of the house but very large. It was perfect for our younger adults who wanted to stay up later than everyone else. Communication with the management was quick and very friendly. After check out they offered us a discount to stay there again which is a great added touch. We will stay there again.

Ouray Visit

Short notice decision to take a road trip. Was fortunate to find this property. Booking was simple and communication from the property management was very responsive. Very convenient location in Ouray, walking distance to the main strip in town was maybe 20 yards away and easy walking distance to restaurants or hot springs. Property was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of convenience items such as dishes (sorry we loaded but forgot to start the dishwasher!). Television sets in the two living areas supported Apple’s Airplay so we could stream movies and such from our own devices and WiFi bandwidth was plenty sufficient. Would definitely stay again. We were a group of 4 adults and there was plenty of room and privacy for each of us when desired.

We had a great weekend staying here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was very close to everything in town. We all had plenty of space in the house and loved the two separate living areas. Communications from the property managers was great and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Winter trip with friends

Ouray/Telluride is our favorite place in all season. We did enjoyed our stay, the rental place was gorgeous, cleanliness was superb and well stuff. Location was perfect accessible to everything we will definitely book this place again.

Trip to Ouray

Great stay, great house. Plenty of towels, blankets. Everything we needed. Communication and cleanliness was great. Only thing is the master bedroom shower drain does not drain quick so water will build up. Should be able to get fixed with some drain liquid.

Annual Ouray trip

Fantastic house, fantastic location to walk the strip, walk to the hot spring pools, everything. Our crew was, myself, wife, two kiddos and our pup. Last year, we rented a different location that I tried to book again this year but it was unavailable. I only say this because we loved the last house but it was not available but this location was. But now after staying here, I would pick this over the last. We brought a trailer with our side by side and I fully planned on using the garage, but after arrival, I was so pleased with the parking situation, I just left it far back in the driveway. The only thing that wasn’t clear from the add is the 4th bedroom is in the bottom level next to the garage. We did not use it but figured it’s worth a mention. Would be an awesome spot for grandparents or friends to stay if they tag along. If the house is not brand new, I would be shocked. It feels and looks new. Thank you to the owners for renting it out. Our 2 and 7 year old girls LOVED it as did mom and dad! Many great memories made!

A very well thought out space with easy flow and ability to gather together or separately. Very much appreciated the private retreats for all to comfortably settle. Thoughtfully decorated. The location allowed us to easily walk and feel apart of the mountain town. We skied in Telluride, some hiked and ice skated, and others ice climbed. We all enjoyed the shops, food and drinks. Plan to be back many more times in the future.

This place is perfect for family, friends and kids. Everyone had their own space so it doesn’t feel cramped. It is very clean and had all the kitchen stuff we needed. It is in walking distance of everything in Ouray. We had a blast!
