Beautiful spacious property with prime location a block off main in the center of Ouray. It is very quiet at night which was great. Bedding is wonderful. We had the entire second floor of this 3 story building so it felt like a house as we had windows on all 4 sides. The rooms are big and it feels so spacious. If we ever return to Ouray we would try to book again.

Excellent location… just off Main Street and a couple blocks from the river… walking distance to restaurants! The property has plenty of space… very comfortable, clean, and inviting! Additionally the rental company is very responsive and provided great recommendations! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lots of space

This condo was very nice. It has charm as well as modern upgrades. It is much more spacious than other places we have stayed in Ouray. The well appointed kitchen, full dining room and laundry were huge plusses. We also loved the patio with the view of main street! Only downside was the construction noise from a renovation being done on the unit below this one. I think properties should notify renters when this is happening and offer a discount.

Great stay! Wish the check-in was earlier, 4pm is quite late for any hotel or VRBO, but aside from that this is an excellent place in a perfect location, and was very clean and well appointed.

It didn’t bother us, and the workers spoke to us the first night, but it should be noted that there is construction on the ground level, drilling and noise beginners 7:30am each morning. It’s a great location, right in the middle of town. Walkable to everything. House had everything we needed, very clean, very roomy.

Great location and very nicely outfitted!

This is a great property and has been maintained to the highest degree. Everything was in working order and was perfect. Communication was spot on and we enjoyed our stay. Its located right in the heart of downtown so walkable to everything. The only oddity we found with the property was there are only window covers in the bed rooms and bath rooms. Everywhere else in the condo has none, regardless, its still a perfect 10 of 10 property.

Awesome space and location

Condo was well appointed and spacious, with everything we needed. Outdoor deck great for breakfast. Condo just a half block off the main street so easy access to everything in Ouray, but still quiet. Hosts were very responsive. Loved this stay!

This property exceeded expectations. Very clean. Well stocked. (I love a well seasoned cast iron skillet) Convenient location to Main Street. You’re literally a few steps from the grocery store, coffee shops, etc. the town quiets down by 7:30pm so being that close is not an issue. We spent most mornings and evenings from the porch, watching the town wake up and settle down. Great communication with property manager. Simply an all around great experience.

Perfect Stay

Property was updated and well maintained! It was stocked with everything we needed and the walkability of this unit was perfect in the center of town. Responsiveness of management company was outstanding. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place!

Loved this property! Was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our yearly trip Ouray. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to fuel up for a long day of Ice climbing. The window seat was the best part… gave a perfect view of the mountains and the town. Was a great location to whatever you needed in town. Also had the perfect area to store all our ice climbing gear. Would highly recommend, and will be our number one choice to stay when we come back next year.

I have been going to Ouray for the Ice Fest for 8+ years and would highly recommend the 6th Ave VRC condo. The place was perfect for my girlfriend, myself, and my friend. Great location where you can walk anywhere in town and a very nice setup. We will be staying here again!
