Very up to date well furnished townhome. The neighborhood was quiet when we were there. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A Great Stay in Ouray!!!

Ouray is amazing along with this property. Very clean and felt like home while being just a minutes drive to downtown Ouray. We had some questions during our stay and the host was very cordial and responsive. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Great property for families. Very clean property. We appreciate the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Really close to the river. Garbage day is actually Thursday not Monday (or thats when it was for us).

Superb experience

Fantastic property that was better than the pictures! We were impressed from the moment we entered with the layout, decor, and how clean the place was. We were here for a girls getaway long weekend, and the loveliness of this place made the weekend even better. The proximity to downtown is terrific!

Perfection

This listing was absolutely amazing! This townhome is perfectly laid out and very spacious. Plenty of privacy for families or for couples traveling together. Everything was in pristine condition. It was such a nice retreat from coming off the trails each day. The management company checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The check-in and checkout process was easy. Parking was a breeze. We had one jeep in the garage and one jeep parked in front of the garage. We were able to park our truck and trailer on the street in front of the unit. Fantastic location yet very quiet. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

Clean/spacious/perfect location

We enjoyed our home base for hiking in and around Ouray. Townhome is huge! They provided soap/shampoo/lotion/laundry detergent and dish soap/dishwasher pods which is always so helpful. It was pretty warm a few days so AC was very helpful. Only a mile or less from Main Street Ouray which we chose to drive, but very easy and always found parking. Perfect location for our amazing hiking adventures!

Outstanding in Ouray

Clean!

Very CLEAN and nice place! Perfect for our little family! It’s a little bit of a trek into town, but not a bad walk at all to the hot springs if you enjoy the mountain air! We brought our own baby gate not knowing if there were any doors to the stairways - there isn’t. Two sets of stairs so we’ll have to bring 2 gates next time - definitely needed for our toddler. Very comfortable beds and nice kitchen appliances. Again, very clean unit!! We will be back! Also good communication from the rental company making sure our stay is going well - much appreciated and makes it easy to contact if needed!

Wonderful place to stay!

The home was perfect for our vacation. Everything was very nice, from the decor, the thick bath towels, the cleanliness, the roominess, the very comfy beds, to everything we needed in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, close to everything

We spent 3 nights here while photographing the San Juan mountains in the Fall. What a lovely home, well decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

All you could ask from a host. Even had soap and detergent for first night stay. Condo is very comfortable and well equipped with rams, blankets etc. Recommended stay for sure.

Excellent in every way!

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stocked quite nicely with everything a family of 5 could possibly need in theri "home away from home" While this property is not located in the heart of downtown Ouray it is only a very short (2 minute) drive away and parking downtown was never an issue. I would not let this be a deterrent at all. We do not have one negative thing to say about our stay!

Great!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental property. We were five adults (two couples and a single) and two infants under 16 months. The three bedrooms and baths work great for our needs. The common areas were spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. Communication with management was always helpful and timely. The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ouray.
