Beautiful place with lots to do within walking distance.
We loved our stay here, Ouray is absolutely beautiful. Only complaint would be that the main floor bed is a bit hard but that is subjective. The upstairs bed worked great for us.

Beautiful place and views!
Lots of room; tastefully decorated; beautiful views all around. Loved being so close to the river walk trail as we love to walk, hike and just be outdoors. Plenty of places to hike, enjoy hot springs and of course shopping!

Mountain Views
Within walking distance to hiking trails, hot springs, and shops and restaurants, the location was perfect for our girls getaway in Ouray. The view from the condo was outstanding, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

great spot in ouray
We had a great time at this condo in Ouray. Everything was clean and as advertised. Check in and out was easy. No issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place
Short walk to Ouray. Amazing night skies! The place was big and clean. Highly recommend the downstream via ferrata.

Beautiful Condo in Ouray
Beautiful condo. Very clean. Lots of kitchen items. No ice maker, but that’s personal preference. Three flights of stairs, but beautiful views! River is in walking distance.

Perfect stay in Ouray
I would come back with my famiy and stay here in a heartbeat. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. Something to consider- there are quite a few stairs to ascend to reach the condo. There is not an elevator.

Great Place to Spend Time with Family
We loved the location, which is a little ay out of town where the noise of Main Street is nonexistent. There is wildlife out the front door and off the back patio. We saw deer, chipmunks, many birds, and - yes- a bear without leaving the condo! We had two units on the same level which was perfect for our big family. We will be renting these again!

Lovely home and location
We had a great time staying at this property. It was in a really lovely location by the river, and close to town. The home is well stocked with cooking supplies, games, and little extras that made it special. Would definitely stay again.

Ouray's Perfect Getaway
The best vacation rental experience we have had to date (2 adults and 2 children). The condo was clean and spacius with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved having their own rooms. The location is perfect and within walking distance of downtoan Ouray. We walked the 1-mile path around the river at least once a day. Loved it!

Very nice house/condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for our party of 7, mixed ages.

Comfortable Ouray Stay
This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The beds were very comfortable and we had just enough room to spread out when we weren’t out adventuring. The host was quick to respond when we had a slight hiccup on the ac units, and it was a non-issue after the nice maintenance staff got it fixed. We tried keeping the windows open, but the amounts of gnats coming in through the screens was really gross. So, we were really thankful for the staff being so quick! Our kids loved the assortment of games and puzzles.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife for her birthday getaway. Ouray is a great town and staying here definitely felt like a luxury. The owners were very welcoming and the check in/check out process was super easy.

Spacious rental in beautiful location
This property is well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is in a nice location. I left belongings at the VRBO and the property manager was EXTREMELY helpful. Everyone enjoyed the condo and we would definitely stay again.

Christmas in Ouray
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and much better than a hotel. Recommend new skillets for cooking. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked and available games in the closet. Bonus: It would have been nice if there had been some kind of Christmas decorations (small tree) for the holiday

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Everything was clean and in place. Kids loved playing board games, kitchen is well stocked. Nice views all around, cute patio with fruitful trees. The only downside is we had to bring sewing kids all the way up - 3 floor staircase from the parking.

Very Nice with Beautiful views
This property was clean, close to downtown and fairly well equipped. Be aware!, this upper unit is above a garage and another unit. A mistake for me. Two flights of stairs to get a lot of luggage and eventually gifts upstairs. There is no elevator. Yes, I know I should have realized all these things when it said upper unit. That is why I gave 5 stars. The last day hauling luggage, I tripped and fell unto concrete face first. Lost a lot of blood and should have had stitches...I digress I have been to Our many times and this stay was very nice.

Stay in Ouray
Ouray is a very cool mountain town with a much different vibe than the ski resorts. The view from this property is tremendous, it is close to town and the trail right outside the door next to the river is great. Well stocked and appointed. Will re-book this location if my family comes back to Ouray.

Perfect location
Loved the location it was enough out of town but not too far away. Really close to the Ouray hot springs, my boys loved swimming there. My boys also loved the bunk beds. The place was really quiet and could hear the river at night. Place was the perfect size for six and was really clean.

Condo is Excellent in all ways. Well provisioned kitchen tools, washer/dryer, full bathrooms both upstairs and down. 2 bedrooms up and 1 down. On 3rd story (top) with large windows facing the beautiful Ouray scenery. Spacious and well appointed Very clean and comfortable, would certainly recommend

Wonderful place
We stayed for a week and enjoyed all the kitchen stuff, tools, and equipment, which were excellent. The home was spacious and comfortable. We needed property management for a small manner and they were prompt and easy to work with. Gorgeous views and 10-15 minute beautiful walk to town or hot springs. Grill was great as well. Loved our visit!

Well furnished, comfortable condo in private but convenient location
Condo has everything you could possibly need to immediately settle in and start enjoying your getaway. Upstairs bedrooms are warm due to poor airflow in the unit, however, we were told A/C is being installed soon. Property managers were proactive in reaching out during our stay and were able to help solve some minor issues while we there. Nice Stay and would return.

Perfect for our needs
This property is great for those that adventure out everyday. It's a bit far for walking to downtown whenever you want, but it's great for getting away from the crowds and getting to the adventures outside of shopping in downtown Ouray. It has everything you need and it's very comfortable. Up against the mountain and very quiet. We will be back to stay.

Good overall
We enjoyed the location of the property to attractions, restaurants, and activities. The property is managed by a management company and came with a lot of instructions AFTER booking. While some of the information was useful, we were a little turned off by all of the cleaning instructions especially when you pay a cleaning fee. Also, the accuracy of the wifi and heating/cooling wasn't accurate even after reaching out to the property manager. Despite this, we pressed on and felt that the overall unit was cozy and comfortable. We would recommend that the cleaning service pay attention to the blankets and dishes to ensure cleanliness. We appreciated the games and Shampoo and amenities that was provided. The room layout and bathrooms and parking was great. It made for a mostly pleasant experience. With a couple of adjustments, this is a great a unit for a weekend getaway.
