Our family of four stayed in June 2025. The house was a pleasant, clean and relaxed basecamp. The three bedrooms gave everyone their own space, including a bathroom in each. The entry and main room are especially wide and open which never felt cramped. The main living room has high ceilings and comfortable seating. The reclining couch sections were a nice surprise. The TV is not oriented for optimal viewing, but we only turned it on once and didn't mind it being out of the way.The kitchen/dining table is big. We did a jigsaw puzzle and still had room at the other end for the four of us to eat. One thing I was worried about was window coverings. The listing photos don't show any blinds. There were some sort of covering on every window, so you can get privacy at night. The walking path behind the house is used a lot by walkers and joggers. There isn't a convenient way to get to the path out the back door other than walking down the landscape rocks. We did use the electric grill to make some burgers and it worked find. It's new and clean. The kitchen is plenty big with an assortment of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The appliances are new and work well. The garage was full of ATVs, but I don't know if we could use them. The bedrooms were nice, but our biggest complaint was the mattress was uncomfortable. AC worked great. Oak Street is quieter than being downtown. We drove to town each day, takes less than 5 minutes. New and clean - would stay again.
