Great for a large group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 3 and under, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great right off of main street in Ouray. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group and the pool table downstairs was fun.

Great home!

This home is the perfect location in Ouray! Easy to walk around town. It was very clean! Our 3-year old enjoyed all the fun toys they had in one of the closets! Would highly recommend for a large group of people.

Great spot!

Loved the house, it was clean, had everything we needed (except enough toilet paper). Had difficulty with the door knob checking in, make sure you pull it very tight before entering code. Had to call VRBO and they were very helpful with trouble shooting. Would absolutly stay again.

Guys week......

What a fantastic stay.... basically in town location, plenty of room for 6 adults, deer in the front yard, a bear in the alley way on garbage day, coyotes running down main street. You cannot beat the location, the house itself is perfect. We will be back, no doubt.....

Amazing Location

We loved that this house was right next to the Main Street. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking, gorgeous mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds. Plenty of room for our family of six. The kids loved the pool table, games and toys! We enjoyed the two separate living rooms, so our two teens could watch something different than our two younger ones. Great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone in town was so nice too, lots of conversations, very friendly people. We loved Orivs Hot Springs, just a 10 min drive, it’s a must!!

Ouray stay

Very enjoyable place for our group of 7. Clean, kitchen well stocked for those who enjoy cooking, beds are comfortable. TV access to all your usual streaming platforms. Downtown Ouray is right out the door. Management was helpful, easily available, not intrusive.

Family Vacation Ouray

Our family of 11, including 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 13, spent 6 full days at this very spacious, non-fussy home in Ouray. It was a perfect location to walk to all the highlights of the town, being just a block off Main St, and to drive to nearby locations. I appreciated the large uncluttered rooms with all amenities. Because the house was tidy but not overly pristine, it made for a relaxing week. The kids enjoyed the basement pool table and chalkboard walls, but the space was very much in need of a good cleaning. The front door lock was difficult to open. I was told that one could only access the house via a set of stairs so decided not to bring my 100 year-old-mother who uses a walker. This was not the case as the front door is a straight shot from the parking area in front. I was afraid with windows open at night the streets might be noisy but most establishments close by 9 PM so we experienced very little noise.

Perfect for our needs

What a lovely old house! Well-maintained and upgraded with the essentials. We enjoyed having multiple places to ‘hang out’ - both indoors and outdoors. The yard was a lovely place to sit and perfect for our dogs. We even heard some soft jazz in the evening from a nearby restaurant. Communication was excellent. Easy check in and check out. The kitchen is a bit snug for multiple chefs, but there is plenty of other space nearby and it was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. One of our best rental experiences.

Great for family time.

This rental had charm and room for us to reconnect as a family. We could play games. And still eat at the other room with the kitchen. The flow of the house worked for our large family.

Charming historical house, perfect location

Charming historical house, perfect location, right on Main street and 8th Ave. You can walk to the Cascade waterfall park in two minutes. The interior is clean and tastefully done. The rooms are spacious. There is a basement with a pool table - nice surprise. Showers, washer/dryer are all in great working condition. The only imperfections would be the smell in the bedrooms (which could be from a previous guest who smoked); the quality of the bedsheets could be improved a tad. Overall a winner in this beautiful small town up in the high mountains.

Perfect location. Perfect home.

We had the best stay in Ouray thanks to staying at this property! The home layout is perfect. Every age group had a space to hang out in. The location can’t be beat. The adults in our group were able to play yard games while the kids easily walked to the hot springs and park down the street. We walked to MoJos coffee every morning, and walked to Main Street for shopping, food, and drinks (it’s a half block away!). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We are already planning a trip back.

Outstanding property!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The home was clean and spacious. The large table for our group was great for sharing meals and the beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard with chairs outside was nice to relax with our dog after a day of ice climbing! Nice location, right down the street from Cascade falls. Thanks so much! We will be back.
