All good. Road traffic and the road spray with some weird smelling anti dust treatment is annoying and unpleasant. Wish they would just asphalt. Streaming for Tv, the one night we tried didn’t have any bandwidth to watch so worthless. But, who cares when all I want to do is hike!

Cozy Getaway

Super charming home with a gorgeous view! My husband and I loved celebrating our 12 year wedding anniversary here. The location was perfect & relaxing in the hot tub was a wonderful bonus feature! The host was also very responsive & kindly allowed us a late check out upon our request. We plan on returning in the future & bringing our kiddos with us so they can also experience Ouray & all of its beauty.(:

Great location

Great location! Great amenities, like grill, hot tub and lawn. Yes, lawn. Great when you have dogs. Very clean and up to date. Nice walking path right out the door. Very quiet location too. 5 stars.

Outdoor Fun!

Absolutely perfect location with easy access to The River Walk and downtown area. Quiet, peaceful, safe. The kitchen is amazing, very spacious and modern. We loved our stay in Ouray, and used the hot tub each night- enjoying the beautiful views and nighttime skies. I highly recommend this property, and commend our host who made both check in and check out simple and convenient. More like you guys! 👏👏👏

Breathtaking!!!

Amazing home with all the amenities! This did not disappoint and was close enough to walk to various locations throughout Ouray. I wish there was a foot bridge to cross the creek closer to the house to get to the main attractions, however, everything was less than a five minute drive. We also traveled to Telluride from the house and it was easy to access the main highway! We had a minor issue, but the host was VERY quick to respond and had it resolved expeditiously! We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

My wife and i had thanksgiving weekend, the home was great, clean and well stocked. we brought food and the kitchen was great. hot tub was on and ready to go. It snowed 6 inches'; we went to town came back and it had been shoveled clean. Would stay again.

Wow

So if you are staying with your dog this place is great !! The Neighborhood is quiet it’s about 1 mile to walk downtown .There is a great walking path across the street that follows the river with trash cans and dog poop bags that’s a couple of miles long The rental company was great and the house was clean

Enjoyed our stay

Annual fall trip to Ouray and enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to downtown but also felt somewhat secluded. Loved the patio in the mornings and evenings. Would recommend and would stay here again. Pet friendly and comfortable accommodations and nice kitchen. Master bedroom and huge shower were a plus.

What a view!

Our stay was amazing! Sitting on the spacious porch, looking at the mountains & hearing the river sound was what we loved best! The hot tub was clean and ready to go each evening & was needed after a day of hiking. We walked along the river path to town several times to enjoy the restaurants and shopping there. Very quiet location. Would come back again! Property manager was very responsive also. House was very clean.

Okay place to just lay your head!

Property and location was good. Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, called property manager she said she’d get back to us never did. The main oven did not work. Sink in the master bedroom drains very slow. The hot tub water was yellow! Certainly happy we were gone exploring most of the time!

Many issues with property

1. This property is not riverside. The river is across the street behind other homes. It is a partial river view at best. Very misleading. 2. Oven vent hood not functioning. The maintenance man indicated that it has been broken since .January. Waiting for part. We should have been advised of this issue. 3. Clothes washer leaks. Again, they knew of this problem and did not tell us. The result was an afternoon cleaning up water and hand washing some clothes. 4. Bedrooms need ceiling fans. The small portable units are not sufficient to keep occupants cool. 5. Inadequate supply of toilet paper for 7 people. The propert manager, via text, should have indicated the mechanical issues PRIOR to our discovering them on our own. To be fair, we did receive a one day credit after I complained. Overall, this is not a “luxury “ property. With some work and updating it could be.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property worked great for my family and me — it was the perfect, quaint escape we were hoping for during Thanksgiving. We made our meal and celebrated the holiday in this cabin, and it worked as great as expected outside of your own kitchen. It was a fun place to share a special time. Everything was as described!

A Great Spot In Ouray!

We had a great time staying here - all amenities were as described, and it was a quick drive into downtown, to the hot springs, as well as hikes like the perimeter loop. I’d love to come back again!

Comfortable house with some issues

Overall, this house was nice. Pros: Location close to downtown Ouray and across the road from river trail access. King bed and queen bed were comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well stocked was spacious. Hot tub was nice, once we got it working (see below). Cons: The wifi is terrible and unreliable. Don't expect to be able to work here or stream anything reliably. Rooms got hot and the fans provided were noisy, and on the floor, which does not help when you are lying in bed. Twin bed have some sort of noisy plastic mattress cover on them that make those beds terrible to sleep in; our son was unable to sleep on them. There was some sort of beetle infestation going on, that meant the front hallway was covered in beetles and they would rush in the house every time we opened the front door. Spent a lot of time crushing them before they could get into the rest of the house. The house is on a road not "Riverside" as advertised. The river is across the road, which had lots of construction traffic during our stay. And finally, we couldn't at first figure out how to warm up the hot tub (which was at 62 degrees when we arrived). I used the app, that the property management company required me to download, to call to see if we could be told where the hot tub instructions were. The app directs calls to the Durango office, and I was curtly told I called the wrong office. When I called the Ouray property management office, I left a voice mail, twice stating my name and phone number and the problem we needed help with. I NEVER received a return call. We searched on the internet (which took a while because again, the wifi is terrible) and found instructions on our own. I find it rude that we never received a call back. If you don't know how to help, at least call back and tell me that. Not returning the call is pretty rude. Also, the hot tub is NOT private. The house and the hot tub are right near the road, so you can sit in the hot tub in full view of the people on the road, in our case, the construction workers...
