This location was perfectly situated in Ouray to walk to downtown and not worry about parking. It is on the perimeter trail as well! Check-in and out was very easy and it was great to have the space and bring our dog, who had a lovely time as well!

Hip hip Ouray

We love the proximity to the hot springs and the ease of walking into town. Hanging out in the condo was especially comfy as well. The beds were very comfortable! Amenities were perfect!

Good location

Right next to the hotsprings, within walking distance of down town. Garage can be a bit hard to maneuver a vehicle into but it's nice to have it.

Great Place Overall

Overall we really enjoyed this place for our jeep trip to Ouray and would stay again. The river on the back side was great! There is limited parking but we went and parked our truck and trailer in the public lot further in town. Things that need attention. Bed wasn't made upon arrival. Cleaners had to come back after our check-in time. Fan didn't work in the living room and a lot of light bulbs burnt out. Dirty dishes in the cabinet Sink and shower drains slow.

Wonderful Vacation in Ouray

The townhouse was clean and comfortable, the property manager responded quickly, and the location is perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river and being able to walk into town. This is a great place to stay to enjoy Ouray!

Condo was next door to hot springs, short walk through the park to town and the best park was the river outside the balcony. Great location and condo was perfect!

Property location is good but some maintenance issues need to be addressed. Garage door opener code does not work. Faucet handles in main bath broken and tub spout is loose and badly caulked in place. In addition, outlet just outside kitchen has broken metal plug part sticking out. Safety? Otherwise all is fine

Perfect spot in Ouray

When we initially arrived at the property, I entered the door code and opened the door to find someone else's belongings inside the home. We quickly called the rental company and a representative started looking into the problem for us. They placed us at a nearby rental while we waited, which was helpful, as it was approaching our daughters bedtime and we had been in the car all day. We found out that another group has mistakenly checked into our place, and was probably let in by housekeeping. So, not the rental company's fault exactly, but it was a disappointment to have to move all of our stuff twice, especially with our 11 month old daughter. As far as the property, location was incredible. So close to downtown and the hot springs. It was clean and a great place to stay for us!

Unbelievably Beautiful

This property was the best we’ve ever stayed at in the Rockies. Very clean. The river was right out the back patio, and the garage was a blessing due to the amount of snow that we experienced while we were there. My fisnce snd I had a wonderful time in the hot springs right across the parking lot! Definitely will stay there again! Pray is incredible!!! Thank you to the host for sharing their property with us!!!

The sound of rushing water

The condo is situated right at the edge of the river and the sound of water rushing over the rocks is so peaceful and relaxing! The hot springs are directly across the parking lot so visiting for a soak is easy and so enjoyable! We will look to stay again on a future trip to Ouray Colorado!
