Rental was nicely appointed but does not have air conditioning. Even with open windows and fans it is very hot in evenings

Wow!

In the heart of Ouray, walking distance to restaurants, shops and etc. With an epic view from every direction! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, whether we're inside the loft styled condo or sitting on the porch with our amazing view! Loved that its walking distance to cascade falls, and the hot springs as well. It was just rhe perfect location to everything. We did have to share the stairway going up to the condo with the top loft above us, but it wasnt a big deal for us at all. My children wanted to move in! With whatever minor complications we had, the host was very helpful and communication was great. Everything was very clean, had more than the average vacation rental (robes, slippers, blenders, extra water bottles for hiking, etc.) It was just great.

Quaint, Quiet, and Cozy

Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!

Great loft!

Could have been a little cleaner and there needs to be a screen in 2nd floor bedroom so window can be opened at night. No A/C so this is a must. Otherwise great place and location. Deck is wonderful!

Quick weekend getaway

Beautifully updated apartment built in 1890! The location is great- just a few steps from shopping and restaurants. We were within walking distance of many hikes- a big plus :) Management was quick and responsive when we reached out. This will be the first place I book on my next trip to Ouray!

Girls weekend

We came here for my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday and rented this vacation rental. It was clean, had everything we needed. Absolutely perfect. It was right downtown. We walked everywhere, including to the majority of the Hot Springs. I plan to come back again and stay with my husband soon. Perfect.

Great condo

Ouray Flat

Nice place. Open, high ceilings, airy, nice furniture and beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathrooms. You can walk to anywhere in Ouray, they even have a trail around the city!

Best spot in Ouray

Comfy and right in the middle of everything. Downtown. Just half a block from Jeep rentals. Everything in walking distance. Could stay here 365 days a year. Nicely remodeled

We really enjoyed our stay. We only have one complaint which is the temperature in the condo. We understand not having AC in mountain homes but only one window could be opened that had a screen. The floor box fans don’t help cool the bedrooms. Tower fans or ceiling fans would be helpful as none of us slept well with the heat.

Ouray Was Awesome

Excellent place to stay. Absolutely everything you would need. We didn't cook, but kitchen is so well stocked. Lovely place to enjoy hot springs, hiking, the small town. Just a great location. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Highly recommend this outstanding apartment/condo.
