The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a fireplace, a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
- A utility room

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet.

On the second floor, outside:
- A 40m² east-west facing terrace with furniture and an enclosed outdoor kitchen

For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a washing machine, a plancha, and an ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Oupia, in very pleasant surroundings. There is a grocer's shop in the village and in Olonzac (3 km) you will find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
