"Excellent staff committed to ensuring that the Cliff Hotel is one of the best three star hotels. Consistently good over a number of visits I have made."

"This was our first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Both hosts professional, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Comfy beds with super shower and spotless well equipped room. Made to feel extremely welcome 😊"

"Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street ."

"Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on."

"Terrible experiencia.

"Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!"
