Lovely surprise when we arrived upgraded to suite …… hotel lovely decorated for Christmas 🎄 food excellent. Easy walk into Keswick. Overall great stay 👍🤗

Room 31 was clean and tidy, but the shower was too hot, and a leaking tap. The room we were moved to (127) was also very clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hot tub/jaccuzi could have been warmer. When we went in it was not very warm.

Great large family room, comfortable and good shower. Food was excellent for evening food and breakfast. Super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
