"My experience was very bad for reasons no guest should ever have to go through. After spending a few days in Bath, I stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Cardiff. The location is excellent and the food as well, but you cannot leave your belongings or personal items in the room unless you store them very securely. On my first day there, one of the housekeeping employees made one of my souvenirs disappear. I had just spent a few days in Bath and bought a souvenir at the Christmas market. I arrived on the very last day to buy it, only to lose it in my own room at the Hotel Indigo in Cardiff. I noticed immediately and reported it. At the front desk they told me they would try to look for it because the trash had not been taken out yet, and that they would notify the housekeeping staff. I asked every morning and every night during my stay, and they always told me the same thing. Several days later I ran into a housekeeping employee and asked him about it; he told me they had not been notified that anything was missing. At first I thought they might have mistaken it for a piece of paper because they cleaned very thoroughly, but that wasn’t the case. Two coffee cups I had ordered, and an empty soda bottle stayed in my room until the day I left. They didn’t replace the bathroom trash bags, and the ones they used were very small, so the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. I will definitely not recommend this hotel nor stay here again if I cannot trust that my belonging will be safe."

"Hotel bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Cardiff St. Mary's Street. Se puede ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías a unos pasos. Check in y Check out rápidos. La habitación y hotel minimalista, pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno simple, pero suficiente. El personal atento y entrega un buen servicio."
