To start with, I would stay here again, because the price point was very reasonable. However, there were some issues.
1. I did not receive the promised email outlining how to access the property. I did easily find the phone number and text the property, and then they were prompt at texting me back with instructions to get in. But this caused some anxiety.
2. The house is located in a suburban neighbourhood, and was tricky to find as there was no outside light on at any time. I needed to use my phone and wander up the street to make sure I had the right house, and then to add the code.
3. My room was basic; ( and not as shown in the property pictures) a bed, desk, bedside table and lamp, and closet. I had extra pillows in the closet, but could have used an extra blanket as the nights were chilly. The room was relatively clean, but someone had left dental floss picks on the windowsill, and under the bed was not clean.
4. At no point during my 6 night stay did I see another person. I could see lights under the door of the room with the ensuite, but did not actually see or talk to another person.
5. I was unclear from the instructions / information whether I could use the kitchen to make myself a cup of tea or coffee, but I used my own teabags one morning and utilized the kettle that was present.
The property would do well by adding a few basic items:
1. add garbage cans, drinking glass and a spare blanket
2. motion sensor light at front door.
