Welcome to your fun getaway near Starved Rock and Skydive.
Maximum 8registered guests, no other visitors. ONLY ONE PET ALLOWED with weight limit under 35 pounds. See rule section for house rules.
$100 penalty per person assessed for each person over 8. Only Three vehicles maximum allowed.

Just 12 Miles from Starved Rock State Park and just 4 Miles from Skydive.

This home away from home boasts 2 game room areas:
"Friends photo area"
Photo props with hats and glasses,
life size SCRABBLE, mini pool table,
ping pong,
Air shot basketball, AIR HOCKEY,
Pac Man & Marvel Arcade, NBA Games,
Karaoke machine, art studio area
mini golf game and 5 TV's.

Entire house and patio for use. Front and north side yard use only for guests. Open stairway from kitchen and living room are CAUTION for safety, areas overlook stairway to basement. Keep door to basement closed at all times.

If you are bringing along children, please be advised that the house is not entirely childproof and guardians should supervise their children at all times. By agreeing to these house rules, you state that you are aware there are steps, an overlook to the steps (if kids love to jump or climb this could pose a danger), and other factors that could pose a risk to young children if they are not supervised at all times.

All persons are home must be registered, you may not have extra guests not registered for dinner stays or otherwise.
If you decide to paint, there is a charge of $5 per canvas for materials and paint.

Perfect for a group who love to have fun and relax. This house boasts 2 game room areas. All guests
must sleep above grade level of the house.

Other things to note:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. No pets or smoking of any kind is allowed.

Patio space for guest, however, back yard RESTRICTED. Please be sure to read house rules completely. Outdoor patio closes 9:00 pm.
