The Entire Cozy place was spacious and lovely to spend 3 nights with family. The location is good and the kitchen was equipped. There were 3 bathrooms, which is always helpful.

We had a mixed experience with this property.On the positive side, communication from Ders was excellent throughout our stay. The location is great, with beautiful river views, and the primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer are new, and the kitchen is very well equipped in terms of tools and appliances.Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the home significantly detracted from the experience. The walls are extremely thin and there is an adjoining rental unit, so noise travels easily. We frequently heard banging, yelling, and music from the neighboring space until as late as 01:30. As well, the leather couch in the photo is now a covered fabric couch.Most concerning, however, was the overall cleanliness and maintenance. The property appears to receive only surface-level cleaning rather than proper turnover care. We observed visible mold and buildup in the bathroom vents, mold and staining on the blinds above the bathtub, and dirt inside the bathtub jets, which made the tub unusable from a hygiene standpoint. The oven warming drawer contained debris and rust residue. Several vents were heavily soiled, and one floor vent was broken. Walls were marked and dirty throughout, and window trim showed cracking and grime.These are not isolated cosmetic issues but signs of deferred cleaning and maintenance. With deeper cleaning and more consistent maintenance, this property could be much better.

Entire house with parking and amazing view on the river. Main suite was huge and 2 other bedrooms were very useful since we were 2 families. The kids really enjoyed the mini pool table and the spacious living room. Right across bridge and close to gas station.

Super séjour! Bien situé. Très le fun d avoir accès a la piscine. 3 belles chambres dont une très grande qui pourrait même prendre un lit de plus. Belle promenade a faire le long de la rivière. Piste cyclable juste en face. Allez-y!!

Clean and well stocked. Response time questions was excellent. My suggestion would be to continue to get the place upgraded as it's very obvious that this is a student accommodation during the school year. The backyard fence around the yard and pool is falling over and is quite dangerous.

Summary of our stay

The property was in a great location, across from the canal.Nice restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. Only a 15 minute drive to Ottawa.Property was well kept, the backyard could use some clean up.Host very responsive

Girls Trip to Nordik spa

Close and easy drive to Nordik spa, close to restaurants and a beautiful view of the river. Plenty of room for all of us girls to get ready for an evening out. This is my 2nd time staying her and it’s my favorite place when I come to stay when I visit the spa.

Bruins vs Ottawa

We visited Ottawa for the weekend to catch the Senators play the Boston Bruins. We had a great time. The only thing we can complain about was the dishwasher (still) didn’t work. It was also very warm and you couldn’t control the temperature.

Our stay was a alighr disappointment, The house was beautiful, but we were left with zero face clothes ( msg owner but received no response). The house was cold ( set at 18) Jet tub was broken, light fixture were failing out of fixture.

Good location

Overall an okay place. Some attention to details like broken knobs , blinds broken, and broken cabinets. Jacuzzi in master bedroom was not working and the water was green when filled. Odd to have a refrigerator in the master bedroom. Had to unplug it as it made noise. Some of the oven mitten were dirty dish washer was broke and the oven needed to be cleaned. Not my best experience.

Negative experience - TOO MANY SUPRISES :(

I will try to keep this feedback short, but I hope that you will understand our disappointment: - dishwasher did not work - found the note that is out of order do not use hidden with kitchen towel - jacuzzi did not work - no note - parking not accessible to the house - on the day of the arrival I was told that we need to park at the Neighbours due to pavement work in front of the house that started last week. It made it very difficult for my sister that is overweight and have issues with walking due to pain in her hips -access to the house was difficult - I wish that was communicated earlier - we would have made different arrangements - backyard not maintained - unable to use the outdoors, which was a shame as the weather was great for that time of the year. -patio with unstable spots that give in as you step on it.. Otherwise, the house was clean - location is fantastic.
