Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees in accordance with Airbnb policies. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in outdoor bins or ashtrays provided.2) PROPERTY CARE: All linens, towels, bedding, and household items must remain on the property. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.4) OCCUPANCY & VISITORS: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, provided the total number of people on the property remains reasonable and respectful of the home and neighbours. Any overnight guests must be added to the reservation in advance and approved through Airbnb messaging. The number of guests must not exceed the home’s sleeping capacity. Sleeping on sofas, floors, or using additional bedding is not permitted. 5) PETS: One (1) pet is permitted per stay with prior approval. A pet fee applies and will be charged per stay. Pets must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and not left unattended for extended periods.Please contact us before booking if you have questions about pet suitability or restrictions related to insurance requirements.6) EV CHARGING: On-site charging of electric vehicles is not available. Fast-charging stations are located nearby.7) CLEANING: A one-time cleaning fee covers a move-out turnover cleaning after checkout. Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage may result in extra charges.8) SECURITY: For safety and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras at the front of each unit. These cameras are actively recording and must not be tampered with or covered. No cameras are located inside the home.9) GARBAGE & RECYCLING: Guests are expected to dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins prior to checkout.10) LAWN & OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE: Routine lawn and outdoor maintenance may take place during your stay, typically in the front yard and exterior areas.
