"温泉浴場までの距離はともかく、階段が多い。若者はともかくお年寄りには本当にキツそうだった。若者、健常者だけ受け入れの施設なら仕方ないが....スタッフさんの対応はどの方も人柄も素晴らしく、良い人材、指導をされてるのだなぁと感心しました。 レストランも素晴らしく美味しかったです。 とても寛ぎました。お世話になりありがとうございました。"

"今回はほとんどホテルにはおらずに高知市内まで行っていたので周辺の様子などは分かりません。スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったのですが部屋の中のトイレ・バスがすごく嫌な匂いだったのでそこだけが残念でした。"
