"Communication was good and place was clean and good facilities except would like metal knife, fork and spoon…also tricky to figure out heating and one air conditioner/heater not working. Lift service advertised was great :)"

"Very clean room and bathroom and spacious. Mattresses did not provide much cushion but no big deal. Great location very close to kawaguchiko station and a 15 minute walk from the lake. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "Communication was wonderful and the property was more than promised. As US residents and first time visitors to Japan, it took a little time to understand the functions of the space. After a couple of hours all became crystal clear. We cooked in all evening meals, the kitchen is very comfortable and stocked abundantly with utensils and bar ware. Good neighborhood shopping within walking distance as well as metro station. We spent 5 days here and ventured out by rail every day."
