"Cuando llegamos al hotel que ademas es restaurante y pub la encargada nos informa que hoteles.com no habia hecho la reserva con ellos a pesar de haber recibido nosotros confirmacion y que no era la primera vez que pasaba. El hotel estaba copado. La señora muy amablemente se contacto con hoteles.com y arreglo nuestra estadia en un holiday inn cercano sin tener que pagar excedente esto lo asumio hoteles.com."

"The quality of everything was excellent. This hotel deserves its 4 stars. The customer service was first class, their knowledge and expertise, with food and drinks are visible in every detail. The decor is warm and welcoming, the wood burner was constantly tended makings the lounge areas cozy and warm. There is a welcoming atmosphere and I highly recommend."

"Solo trip with the dog. Very friendly easy check in and cute accommodation in an old stable yard. When I was shown the room the main light didn't work but I said it didn't matter as the bedside and bathroom lights were fine. Very convenient with the dog to nip out for a quick pee rather than walking through a hotel. Car park small but parked ok and felt safe. I left early for and no one was around yo check out so ended up leaving door unlocked and key inside. Good value for money."

"Accomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning. Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay again when in the area. "
