If your a racing enthusiast you have 2 options, Knoxville raceway is located 15 mins south and or Iowa speedway which is 20 mins north. Interested in shopping? Delight in the charming town of Pella, it is a quaint Dutch town only 15 mins away. They have 2 amazing Dutch bakeries and meat markets. If you want to shop in malls then Des Moines which is 30 mins away is a great option. While you are at the farmhouse you can peer out the window and in the morning or evenings there is a great chance of spotting deer or turkey.
