"El hotel es de película. Nos encantó quedarnos en familia aquí. Lástima que llovía y no pudimos recorrer todas las habitaciones (avión, tren, casa hobitt). Nos quedamos en el barco y era muuuy cómodo, más de lo que uno esperaría de un barco adaptado a hotel. Muy original todo, bien puesto, bien atendido. Y divertido! Queda a 2 minutos de las cuevas de Waitomo, y tienen información sobre otros lugares de la zona para visitar y actividades para hacer."

"Beautiful location, grounds and cabin. So close to glow worm caves and have their own little glow worm grotto on the property. Only a 60 second walk from the cabins. Also close to a waterfall and black sand beach. Angus was such a gracious host who made sure we had everything we needed including toast jams and coffee. "This unit was a great spot for us to be near to Waitomo Village and explore the surrounding area. Great communication from our host and a lovely clean unit to relax in for the evening. "My family stayed here for two nights. This location is just around the corner from the caves, but is secluded. An excellent place to stay to avoid the crowds. The hostess responds fairly quickly to questions. I highly recommend going on the farm tour if you can - the tour is usually included for people staying at one of the hostess's properties, and includes the opportunity to meet sheep, cows, goats, alpacas, emus, and ostriches. "This was one of our favourite stays in New Zealand. The view of the surrounding farms, treed hills, and mountains was stunning. The host supplied a basket of goods to make breakfast, which was lovely. We fell in love with Frankie, their farm cat, and enjoyed cuddles on the deck with her and her kittens. Beautiful citrus trees and landscaped areas created privacy from the farm and host. It was close to town and local sites."
