From the balcony of the apartment Schwalbennest on the fourth floor of the residence Haus Meeresblick you have a wide view over the rooftops to the Baltic Sea. There is space in the two-room apartment for two to four people who can sleep in a double bed and built-in the living area a sofa bed in a separate bedroom. The sofa has a slatted frame and mattress and has a lying area of 1.40 mx 2 m. The living area has a stereo with USB port and an iPhone / iPod docking station. There is also a DVD player and a swiveling flat-screen televisions. You have free access to Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is furnished for four people and has a four-burner stove with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. On the balcony (with limited sea view) four seats are available. The shower - as well as the entire apartment - are stepless. Please note that the elevator starts in the third floor. The fourth floor is accessed via the staircase. In the underground parking space is reserved for you during your stay. Bed linen and towels you get from us provided.
