The building features a total of 23 exclusive vacation apartments, as well as a sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and an elevator. Bicycle storage is also available. The fine sandy beach is about 100 m away, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach—not just during the swimming season. You can plan trips to various attractions, as well as visit cafés and restaurants, all just a few minutes’ walk from the Grüne Düne.<br><br><br><br>Grüne Düne Apt. 22 “Meeresbrise” with Balcony:<br><br>The bright, Mediterranean-style, non-smoking “Meeresbrise” vacation apartment, measuring approximately 45 m², is located in the attic of the building and offers ample space for up to 2 adults. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. The living area stands out for its floor-to-ceiling windows and faces the Baltic Sea; through the treetops of the beach pines, you’ll even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The corner sofa with a coffee table, armchair, LCD TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, and solid wood furniture complete the living area. The adjacent kitchenette blends seamlessly with the living area and its dining nook. It features a ceramic sink, a 3-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave-exhaust hood combination, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, and various kitchen utensils. This way, you can fully enjoy every meal. The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with cold-foam mattresses, a large wardrobe, storage space, an LCD TV, and a sideboard. All rooms are tiled and offer pleasant warmth thanks to the underfloor heating. The exclusive bathroom, featuring non-slip tiles, a sink, a built-in corner shower with high-quality fixtures, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a heated designer towel rack, rounds out the apartment’s comfort. The furnished balcony (south/west-facing) with a beach chair is accessible from the bedroom, where you’ll also find a screen door. Even on vacation, you won’t have to do without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the apartment. It’s included for you!!! Pets are not allowed. A parking space (No. 22) is available to you in front of the house and is included. You can park rented or personal bicycles in front of the house. In the basement, there is a laundry room (washer/dryer) as well as a sauna, which you can use for an additional fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens.
