Man konnte nicht in ruhe frühstücken. Während wir gefrühstückt haben,hat das Personal Stühle gereinigt. Nicht nur das,es wurde immer etwas umgeräumt. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Mercure Standard. Das Personal war unaufmerksam.

Wonderful staff. Some of the most friendly in the Czech Republic. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants but the deer filet in the Winestone restaurant was next level phenomenal. I will 100 percent stay here again if ever in Ostrava.

Good, but not great.
Small, odd shaped room with tiny, not always working TV. Bathroom was very nice. Can't say anything about restaurant, but staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is wonderful! The property itself is beautiful. It feels almost like you are staying in an old castle. There is a beautiful old church next door, and, if you are lucky enough to get a room with view of it, you may find yourself just staring out the window for long periods of time. The front doors as you enter are huge, and open automatically, which really only adds to the vibe of an old castle in a movie. There is a little park across the street that I have fallen in love with. It is extremely interesting and picturesque. There is such a wonderful vibe throughout. It is well worth the extra money to get breakfast included, as the buffet is extensive and delicious. A grocery store is only a couple of blocks away if you want to have anything in your room.

Two Nights - no food option taken. Comfortable room with fridge to store food / drink. Nice bathroom, rather mild chemical smell. Window by roadside so some noise, with windows open to let air in it was noisy.

Kwaliteit welke je mag verwachten van Mercure
Prima hotel in het Centrum van Ostrava. Ontbijt is goed en de bediening erg behulpzaam. Ook dit in dat je buiten (op de binnenplaats) kon zitten. Kamer is prima en prettig kunnen overnachten.

Great Choice!
Wonderful hotel! Nicely renovated 1920's First Republic building gives the hotel a lot of character. Everything about my stay was just right. The hotel is also a great value

Centraal gelegen en op loopafstand voldoende restaurants. Ik had een standaard kamer, met voldoende comfort. Koelkastje, goed bed en dito badkamer. Het hotel is wat ouder, maar in prima staat. Het ontbijt is voldoende, maar vrij beperkt betreffende keuze en kwaliteit. Orange jus, is niet te drinken, zo chemisch! In de avond is er een sauna, die voldoet goed, de rustruimte is te beperkt, 2 stoelen.... Diner heb ik buiten het hotel genoten.

Velmi příjemný a čistý hotel na skvělém místě
Velmi příjemný a čistý hotel na skvělém místě v centru. Všichni z personálu byli velmi milí a příjemní. Hotelová restaurace má skvělého kuchaře. Jediná maličkost ke zlepšení - odpočinková místnost u sauny má okno do silnice, takže se v ní kvůli hluku příjemně relaxovat nedá.
