From the terrace you have a full view of the Ostend football stadium - a unique asset for football lovers who can follow a live match right from the balcony.



The apartment is brand new and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts to get started right away. You will find, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer and dishwasher.



O’Searys features two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Here too you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. Upon arrival, the beds are made with quality linen and towels are provided.



During your stay you benefit from a private underground parking space in the basement of the building, so you do not have to worry about parking.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
