"Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂"

"That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start.
The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford.
I honestly would not recommend renting this place again."

"Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not"

The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked it is that the condo was on the second floor so we had to go up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and I was very impressed with the bed linens and pillows because they were nice and it felt like home. I didn’t get a check-in/welcome email from Vrbo like I usually do so I called the property owner and she was very...

"Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great."
