"This was a great location for us to stay and the outside space was perfect for our family to visit and have dinner. The pictures on the listing were accurate My only feedback would be to remove some of the personal belongings - even though this is a second home. I would hate to see something happening to the beautiful family photos and items."

"We were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend!"

"My entire extended family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Turtle Point! All the water "toys" (i.e., boats) were a huge plus. We loved being on the lake and away from other houses. It felt very private. The house is beautiful. Gail and company were wonderful hosts and were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out time. We were in town for a family wedding, and this was the perfect place to relax in between events. We rented Neil's pontoon boat which was a lot of fun."

"Bill was very accommodating and friendly. The location was beautiful and pretty private. We had a wonderful family cookout and Bill brought over a couple items for us to use. My husband and I used the kayaks one evening and it was very peaceful. We would definitely rent again. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"This is a nice house on a nice lot with great views of Coldwater lake. The area is nice and quiet. The place has a huge master suite and 2 proper bedrooms on the second floor. The additional sleeping areas are only semi-enclosed. It would have been nice to have seen the floor plan of the house before we got there, but the place had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. We would stay here again!"

"We booked this for a long weekend with the family to watch the eclipse and celebrate my nephew's birthday. The property was just as described; secluded, spacious, and quite charming. "My family and I (including fur babies) came to stay for a family wedding and we absolutely loved it!! It is so hard to find a place that accepts dogs nevertheless offer a fence for them!
