"We stayed for a week during Christmas, and we had a fantastic experience. The property was very spacious, well decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the region. We particularly enjoyed the view of the surrounding hills as the sun was rising. The amenities provided were top-notch. "Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!!"

"Clean. Spacious. 10 minutes to Bellagio. Guiseppe and his lovely wife were so kind and accommodating!! The home is lovely, dive right into the lake. The bedroom balcony opens with French doors to the breathtaking beauty of the mountains framing the lake 😱"

Es ist ideal für Familien- oder Freundesgruppen, die gerne aktiv sind. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Unsere Gastgeberin Elisabetta war bereits im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs sehr engagiert, immer gut erreichbar und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps und Hilfestellungen."

"The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. "We spent a few days in Barni. Elisabetta welcomed us on the first day and showed us around. During our stay she maked sure, we feel safe and asked if everything is fine. The house was clean and spacious, also the garden, which has a pool, a nice BBQ area and lot of toys for the children. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also enough parking space for 3 cars. We enjoyed our stay very much. Elisabeta is a very nice and kind host."

"Site fantastisque pour notre groupe de 12 amis. A ce prix dans la région je m'attendais à quelque mauvaise surprise, mais n'en ai pas rencontré. Tous petits bémols: la procédure en ligne de paiement de la taxe locale ne semble pas fonctionner et la personne en charge de l'accueil n'acceptait pas les espèces. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenue pour 12 personnes."

"This was the second time, we stayed at this villa (group of friends) and it probably won't be the last time. The villa is beautifully located with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains and wonderful sunsets in the evening. The rooms in the upper floor are great and we enjoyed the pool and the billard table a lot. The only thing we did not like are the rooms downstairs (will only ve available if booked for more than 8 people). While the rooms themselves are old but fine, the bathroom...
