Hello German,we are sorry for the discomfort this caused. You should ofcourse have the best experience when staying with us. We are one phone call away when needed, and we are able to provide portable heaters if it gets cold, so we are sorry you did not receive this. The cleaning is included in the total rate - same rate as you see when you book. It is just displayed separately. Hope you had a nice stay!
