The vacation home is at a reasonable distance for day trips to the world of Astrid Lindgren, Vimmerby Adventure Park with a high altitude course and 1.5 km cable car, and historic Kalmar with its well-preserved Renaissance castle and old town. Take the bridge to Öland and experience a unique and fabulous nature stretching from north to south. Also take the opportunity to visit Smålands Glasriket with its many art glass cabins and larger glassworks. The forests around the house offer a wonderful environment for hiking and in season you can pick mushrooms and berries.
