My wife and I were informed the hotel had hot breakfast included with the room price. Although there was a waffle maker it was broke for weeks as we were informed. When discussing with the morning desk; the man was very rude and claimed he hated his boss/owner and referred to the owner with poor language.

We arrive at 7:15 pm on a Friday night and there was not a single car in the parking lot. There was a nearby truck stop and strip club. Something is definitely not right about this place. Drugs/prostitution etc??

Great value! The lady that checked me in last night was friendly. They don’t have “breakfast”, but did have Froot Loops, toast, and apples. The Internet connection speed is .5mbs. A great place to stay and get a good nights sleep while traveling.

Early check in check cost extra.

It was a nice clean place. Although when we arrived we we early and to check in early they wanted a $25 early checkin fee. So we went out to site see and came back later.

This is the place to stay.

Great casual stop for the night. While this hotel is clean, safe and mostly quiet the rooms would benefit from a freshening up. I would stay here any time I need a place to rest for the night

It appears that no one has cared for this property for a long time. Weeds were knee high around the property - looked like the place wasn't even open. Room was clean and neat, we were scheduled to stay 3 nights. Amenities are slim, only had 2 cups in room, no pop or water in vending machine. no one at front desk most times.

They ran out of coffee at breakfast and I couldn't find any staff to make more. That was disappointing. I didnt get any and that is all I really want in the morning. The breakfast was a nice variety for being a small facility though.

Definitely 2 star. Very small hotel, 2-floors and no elevator. Room was clean enough and comfortable and quiet. While they had a coffee pot in the room, they only had decaf coffee and we had to go out to reception/breakfast area to get real coffee; tiny cups with no lids. The free breakfast was maybe ok if all you wanted was sugar (waffles, factory made muffins) or carbs (bagels). Had to wait to check in because no one was there and when we left, I and another customer waited and waited, called the number, no one, I finally just left the keys; also saw someone earlier come down to get toilet paper, didn’t think that was good. Everything about the place seemed to be about cost savings, which wouldn’t have been bad if the price reflected it but we paid the same as other hotels in the area.

The property was clean. The staff were nice and the breakfast had various options. Good place to stay, but not many things to do around the hotel area.

The hotel was very good for the price. It was clean and looked in good condition too. It is a bit far away from Oshkosh though. About 10 minutes from the main “attractions.” Overall, highly recommend it.

Was disappointed in staff; wasn't familiar with area when asked questions. The Sunday morning staff was asleep at 6am when I asked about old warm coffee in bar area and then she was going to charge me for yogurt saying bar opened at 7am Sunday (it was 6am the morning before). We were sturgeon ice fishing for a few days. Will not return to this particular hotel.

Just ok, kind of a disappointment .

The room was ok. There was peeled paint in the shower area. The wall heater went on and off every few minutes. Worst thing was the fitted sheet kept popping off the bed while we were sleeping! Never ever did that happen to me in a hotel. Another thing I noticed was there was no book in the room with info about the area, hotel info like breakfast and pool times, etc. I asked the hotel front desk young lady if there was anywhere good to eat close y and she said no, you have to follow the road down to the main town. Breakfast could have been better.
